REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes or cancellations must be received in writing seven (7) days prior to the workshop to receive a refund, less a $25.00 processing fee.
Substitute attendees are welcome but we must be notified with their name, and contact information. if we have to change your registration to a different person’s name we need to charge a $25 fee.
Refunds will not be granted for any reason if less than 7 days You may upgrade the ticket type that will allow you to view it online for up to 30 days. There is an additional fee. You will need to confirm if CE are available to you.
Please understand that if you do not attend you are still liable for full payment.
In the unlikely event that this program must be canceled, you will be notified immediately and a credit will be issued toward a rescheduled seminar, or the entire submitted registration fee will be refunded without further liability on the part of the organizer.
CCL.& Innovators In Education reserve the right to make changes to the program as needed.


GRIEVANCE POLICY
Center For Communication and learning, LLC seeks to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to make every attempt to resolve grievances in a fair manner. Please submit a written grievance to: innovatorsineducation@gmail.com. Grievances would receive, to the best of our ability, corrective action in order to prevent further problems.
