Terms and Conditions

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Registrations and payments must be received no later than Tuesday, October 12, 2019. Confirmations and receipts are furnished by email. Any registration received after October 12, 2019 will be considered, providing space is available.

All conference attendees or groups must have a paid registration prior to the event. We DO NOT invoice for our events

After Tuesday, October 1, 2019, no refunds will be given. Substitute attendees are welcome but we must be notified with their name and contact information to info@innovatorsineducation.net. We may not be able to guarantee a change in lunch order. Please understand that if you do not attend you are still liable for full payment.


GRIEVANCE POLICY
Innovators In Education seeks to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to make every attempt to resolve grievances in a fair manner. Please submit a written grievance to: Susan Abrams, info@innovatorsineducation.net, 301-468-9343 x2. Grievances would receive, to the best of our ability, corrective action in order to prevent further problems.
